JUNE & JULY CHURCH & LOCAL EVENTS
(This page will update next on August 9th as the webmaster is away until then. Details of events can be found in the parish magazine. We apologise for any inconvenience.)
This is your yearly reminder that donations towards the cost of the maintenance of our Churchyard are now due for 2005. Donations are needed to make sure that the upkeep of the churchyard is properly maintained each year, so if you can help this worthy cause please send your donations to the church office or hand to the churchwardens. There has been a lot of work going on in the church yard over the last few weeks under the direction of Peter Allen Click here for more

Mondays 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th June 2005 - 7.30pm - 10pm:
"Volunteer/ Befriender Training."
Would you like an opportunity to use your gifts by getting alongside someone?
By offering a little time? By offering the willingness to listen? By sharing an interest or hobby? By using some of your life experience?
You could help to make a big difference to an isolated carer or older person in your neighbourhood and we could support you in that. Don’t pass by on the other side! If you feel you could help in some small way with whatever time you have (even an hour a month would make a difference) or would like to find out more come and join us at the Volunteer/ Befriender Training. It is hosted by Jonathan at St Clements Church and will be led by Marianne and Ann of Faithworks Poole. The course is designed to be informative and relaxed and consists of 4 x 2hour sessions.
